Shipping and Returns

Shipping Time

All products In Stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

All products Made To Order will ship within 14 days of receipt of payment.

All products will be sent via a Track & Trace postage or Courier Service.

Shipping outside of the UK will require an additional fee of £5 and is by special request only. Please use our 'Contact' page to get in touch.

Returns Policy

All items will be sold as seen on the webshop.

As all items are hand made there may be some minor variance in colour between pieces (or as displayed by your computer) and some minor variance in size.

We will only refund items that are delivered damaged, and will require proof that the item was delivered damaged by the postal or courier agents.

Any items damaged through construction or handling once unwrapped will not be refundable.

Any items that have been delivered and signed for will not be refunded if the purchaser claims they were delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all.

Any items that are refunded must be sent back to Atru via recorded delivery at your own cost. No payments will be made until the item has been received and reviewed to determine if the item was damaged in delivery or after receipt of the item.
